Please contact me prior to returning an item. Customer satisfaction is paramount and each fine writing instrument is guaranteed to function as advertised. If you have a problem of any kind, please let me know and I'll do my very best to repair or replace it. I do not carry a poorly writing instrument and I do not expect you to.
